Cindy serves as a marketing, brand and innovation strategist, with a focus on harnessing strategic insights and building innovative solutions that accelerate brand growth and drive results. 

Cindy has a strong understanding of North American and global markets. With 16+ years of experience with global consultancies, she has deep cross sector experience in consumer health & wellness, food & beverage and beauty & personal care.

Her past leadership roles included Director of Strategy for Dragon Rouge North America, Director of Consulting for FutureBrand North America, and Strategic Consultant with Interbrand’s Consumer and Packaging Group.  During her time at Interbrand, she also worked at Interbrand Health where she established and led visual strategy specifically for its healthcare practice.

Cressida Payavis - Creative Director

With 15+ years of experience at boutique and global agencies, Cressida has led creative teams from concept through production
on advertising, branding, digital, packaging, retail and social media projects. Her experience in 2D, 3D, motion, social, and user experience fuels her ability to effectively express and amplify brands using a cohesive 360 approach. 

She has held a series of senior leadership roles as a interdisciplinary designer, including Associate Creative Director for MODCo Creative, Senior Art Director for SelectNY and Art Director for AGA Marketing & Design. She has also served as a design consultant with multiple companies in the fashion, lifestyle, consumer packaging goods, media, and corporate arenas.
